Use this service to join our Patient Participation Group to receive newsletters and invitations to contribute to the group.

Should you be interested in hearing about the activities of the PPG but are unable to attend meetings please indicate on the form below. As a ‘papers only’ member you will receive newsletters and invitations to contribute to the group’s activities, such as patient surveys and events.
