All of our patients have an accountable named GP who is responsible for overall care. If you are unsure who this is please ask next time you visit the practice. If you have a preference to which GP that is please contact the practice.

Furzton Medical centre will introduce a new role of a nurse practitioner from April 2016 , if you have a minor illness we would recommend first you speak to your local pharmacy and if required book an appointment with our nurse practitioner there are a number of conditions she is able to prescribe for please check with reception upon booking.

Do we have your upto date contact details ? please ensure you provide the practice with any changes

MK Patient Diabetes Footcare Forum

We would like to invite you to an event to tell us about your experiences of foot care where you live.

As MK Diabetes Care, we want to improve the way in which foot care services are delivered in the local area. We are working with Diabetes UK and the local MK Podiatry department to make sure that you and other people with diabetes in the area have your say. We want to know what you like about the care you currently receive, anything you think could be improved and how.

MK Diabetes Care is holding two events, which are exciting opportunities for you to come along and feed your views and experiences into the future of foot care locally. If you have experience, as a patient or carer, or are interested in this topic, you are invited to attend one of the following events
